Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AdvicePool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AdvicePool.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdvicePool. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not use AdvicePool for illegal activities
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Not attempt to extract other users' phone numbers or personal data
• Not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Comply with all applicable Indian and international laws

Guides additionally agree to:

• Provide honest, accurate advice within their stated expertise
• Not provide medical diagnoses, legal opinions, or financial advice as a licensed professional unless properly credentialed
• Disclose any conflicts of interest
• Maintain the masked call system — not attempt to share or obtain real phone numbers
• Complete calls in good faith; not deliberately cut calls short to avoid refunds

The following content is strictly prohibited on AdvicePool:

• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Stolen goods or counterfeit products
• Misleading medical claims or unlicensed medical advice
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content inciting violence
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent listings
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

AdvicePool uses AI-assisted moderation and human review. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Calls: Payment is deducted from your wallet before a call begins. Partial or full refunds apply per our Refund Policy.

Marketplace: Payments are held in escrow until order confirmation. 7-day return window applies.

Boosts: Listing boost payments are non-refundable once the boost period begins.

Wallet: AdvicePool wallet balance can be withdrawn to your bank account. Minimum withdrawal: ₹100. Processing time: 3-5 business days.

Commission: AdvicePool charges a platform commission on guide earnings. Current rates are displayed in the app settings.

Call disputes: Must be raised within 2 hours of call completion. Submit via in-app support.

Marketplace disputes: Must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Escalation: Unresolved disputes escalate to AdvicePool's moderation team within 48 hours.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

AdvicePool and its logo are trademarks of AdvicePool. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Content you post on AdvicePool (listings, reviews, posts) remains yours. You grant AdvicePool a license to display it on the platform.

AdvicePool is a platform connecting users — we are not responsible for the quality of advice given by guides, the condition of goods sold through classifieds, or outcomes from local connect interactions. Always exercise your own judgment.

AdvicePool's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to AdvicePool in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
